Foreword by Director

The Procurement Policy Office is pleased to introduce the Public Procurement (PPA) Act 2006 with Links for use by public procurement stakeholders.

PPA with Links is an interactive version of the Act that enables users to surf on the contents of the PPA and link themselves to PPA Regulations as well as the Directives, Circulars and Guidelines issued by the Office.

It is highly recommended that Public Officials use this tool to strengthen their knowledge to perfect their procurement skills.

Our recognition goes to project coordinators, Mr V Seeboruth who conceptualised the project, Mrs S Ramsurrun for valuable technical IT input and to Mr F Jahangeer who brought it to conclusion.
